GA Review
1. Well written: a few infelicities which were easily removed. Pass. 2. Factually Accurate/Verifiable: Not many sources, undoubted authorities on the subject. Pass. 3. Broad in coverage: Short, but I suppose it's a rather small subject. Pass. 4. Neutral: The last section dogmatically repeats the government regulations.... as well it should. =P Pass. 5. Stable: Stable enough. Pass. 6. Images: More importantly in this case, Audio. Pass.
