- "Rarely performed" seems like it is standard practice, but only rarely occurs. Triple talaq is not rarely performed by women against men, it is never performed, as in it is not even allowed in Islamic law for a woman to divorce her husband that way. Maybe the hook could be worded differently, which makes it clear that she ignored/broke the restriction or law which prevented her from obtaining a divorce that way?
