Tours

[edit]

Does anyone know if Mahonia Hall is open to the public for tours like the white house?—Preceding unsigned comment added by Allyn (talkcontribs) 07:55, December 27, 2006

It looks like you may be able to arrange group tours on Friday afternoons: http://www.aauwsalemor.org/item.asp?iid=3 Katr67 18:37, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Previous residences

[edit]

I e-mailed the gov's office several months ago, asking if they knew where the governors lived before Mahonia Hall. They didn't know, but were eager to hear back if I found out anything. I added some info about this that I discovered today after wandering into the North Office Building for a mocha. So "the governor slept here" might apply to several houses in the Salem area, if anyone is interested in doing more investigating. Katr67 18:37, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
