Picture is of a toy, not real tractor

[edit]

The picture in this article (date of 22-march-2017) is of a scale model, not of a real tractor. At least, it strongly appears so. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.116.200.132 (talk) 13:42, 22 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Is Nascar sponsorship really so noteworthy?

[edit]

It wouldn't be objectionable to discuss this particular marketing effort at some point in the article, but it's not so noteworthy that it should be discussed in the introduction.

This is ridiculous!

[edit]

What do you mean this is written like an advertisement? And why is this in the India page??? Mahindra is a major tractor manufacturer in USA [1]and it sells the largest number of tractors in the world. These statements can be verified by consulting industry statistics. The comment about a toy tractor is devious and mischievous. The company sells thousands of real tractors through hundreds of dealers. The article appears to ignorant of easily verifiable facts.

Disclosure: I do not work for Mahindra, have never worked for them, am not a farmer or a tractor dealer or salesman. But this entry is ridiculous.Sooku (talk) 06:10, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Mahindra also owns 80% of Jiangling Tractors, a Chinese farm equipment maker and exporter under the Lenar brand. [2] As of 26 September 2017: Mahindra has purchased the Turkish tractor maker Erkunt[3] Sooku (talk) 06:33, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
