  • ... that in 2021, the dwarf periodical cicada is due to emerge in parts of eastern North America?

5x expanded by Cwmhiraeth (talk). Self-nominated at 11:13, 4 August 2020 (UTC).[reply]

  • UPDATED - 5x has been achieved, tool was flagging it red incorrectly. Article is long enough, was recently expanded, seems to follow policy. Image is properly licensed. HOWEVER the DYKCheck tool says it has not been expanded 5x in the last week. Need some more text added to proceed. I prefer ALT1 as some people may not be aware of the 17 year thing which is interesting. --Krelnik (talk) 00:22, 5 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Krelnik: Thank you for the review. I think you will find that on 28 June, before I started my expansion, the article was 553 characters and it is now 2856 characters. However, I will add a few more. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:14, 5 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Cwmhiraeth: You're right I went back to the old version and ran DYKCheck and compared the numbers myself. Must be a bug in the tool, because it comes up red and claims no 5x expansion on the current version. So phooey on the tool. Ok I think you're good to go, sorry for the confusion. --Krelnik (talk) 10:04, 5 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
