removals
[edit]I removed:
- "A medication that cures a disease without a risk of side effects", because there is no page or section of a page on such a specific medication, nothing to disambiguate to. If you think there should be a page on this, but that nobody has created it, place the entry back in but red-link it to Magic bullet (medication) or some other unique specific page (doesn't have to have magic bullet in the title). I had a quick browse through the medication page and pages on adverse side effects and if someone is looking for this concept than this dab link to "medication" will not help them at all.
- "Magic Bullet (band),an Australian Pop/Rock band", because if it is a real band someone will create the page and it will be linked to anyway, if you are sure it is notable, by all means re-insert.
- "an enchanted bullet of German folklore and a feature of Carl Maria von Weber's ghostly opera Der Freischütz", there is no page about the enchanted bullet of german folk lore, if you think such a page is notable, redlink to something like Magic bullet (German folklore). If someone wants the opera, I don't think that they would search for "magic bullet". - Grumpyyoungman01 11:58, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
Unless you're contending that there is no recurring or notable concept of a Magic Bullet in German Folklore then it should get a mention. As the Opera is the most notable tale to feature the concept, it should be mentioned. It's not a redirect itself, just a link to a disambig with no page. If it has no place, then neither does the one about bacteria and syphylis since it doesn't have a page. I've moved the Magic Bullet Theory to the top as that is the most relevant and most likely to be the subject of a search. 68.166.66.223 (talk) 22:05, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
