Shall review.

"She has also participated in athletics...", it makes no sense to use also in this context, when the previous sentence is about Elliott's cerebral palsy and not sport. Consider, "In addition to swimming, Elliott has also participated in athletics..."

"Afterwards, she met with Prince Harry and gave him a Lizzie the Frill Neck Lizard, the mascot of the 2000 Summer Paralympics", the source doesn't state that it was a mascot for the 2000 Paralympics. This one suggests that Lizzie is the official mascot of Australia’s Paralympic Teams and its committee.
