Licensing?
[edit]This is currently categorized as free software, yet I can not find any such license. And the source code only contains "All rights reserved" and even "Lifted from HP9000 UNIX C-Header File varargs.h Maybe Copyright for parts of this source by Hewlett-Packard" (varargs.h)...
