MacBreak Tech

1080p

[edit]

This is the first podcast to be in 1080p video format! VERY COOL!--BorisFromStockdale 20:25, 22 March 2006 (UTC)

Except now they putting it out in a new aspect that has black bars and doesn't run very well on the mac mini ~ dissapointed fan.

MacBreak Minutes

[edit]

What is "MacBreak Minutes" (according to the article, "The Pixel Corps released "MacBreak Minutes" in October, which is no longer available on the website.").--Dougall 21:27, 26 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Notability

[edit]

To expand on the removal of the notability tag – this is the first video podcast released in high definition which, as horribly cliché as it sounds, is "the future". In other words, it's setting a precedent which (in my mind at least) makes it a notable topic. alex.muller (talkpagecontribs) 00:44, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Other Jingles

[edit]

I don't believe that there are any other jingles besides the "rat hole" jingle. Can some one give an episode to listen to that has an "iPhone" jingle. Otherwise, maybe this last section referring to other jingles should be removed for accuracy.--Low2snow (talk) 06:14, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merlin Quit MBW

[edit]

http://vimeo.com/2739703

Listen to his video from 1/6/09, he explicitly states that he quit MBW. Should be reflected in the article. -- MeHolla! 03:45, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 2 external links on MacBreak. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).

Sources

[edit]

Despite the fact that the article currently does not cite even one reliable secondary source, it appears there are numerous sources on this particular subject. I might add some at some point, but I figured I'd mention it here and provide a few links to google searches that bring up a significant number of sources: "MacBreak" "Leo Laporte", "MacBreak" "Rene Ritchie", and "MacBreak" "TWiT".
