The claim is dubious, the opening sentences makes it sound dubious ("by some accounts the world's oldest restaurant"), and the reference just says "The present restaurant in Kaifeng was re-established in the 19th century. See below.". The reference (a) isn't actually a reference, (b) tells you the restaurant was only started in the 19th century, therefore making it not the world's oldest restaurant.
