Not an all-black play
[edit]The category 'All black broadway cast' should be removed. This show includes three white roles - Irvin, Sturdyvant and the Policeman. ThePeg 02:05, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit]What's happened to the Stage History section? Where did it go? Who has deleted it & why? I'm putting it back in. ThePeg 22:25, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
Although I am taking out the reference to the audience reaction to Whoopi Goldberg's performance 'making them sick'. That's an opinion. However bad she might have been, and she was meant to have been dreadful, that's not an appropriate way of evaluating it. ThePeg 22:35, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
