[edit]As written, while the MDPI paper appears to have significant independent coverage of the subject, the ETSI and Fraunhofer citations do not appear to be independent. More independent secondary coverage is needed to establish that the subject meets WP:GNG. signed, Rosguill talk 22:54, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
- ETSI is a standards organization. Its work cannot be considered depended, as a standard does not exist before it is set and that can only be done by a standards organization. ETSI has not described the specific implementation, only a general set of rules about what a "telegram splitting" is. As it has happened with other technologies. For relevant examples, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LPWAN. On the same mindset you propose there should not be articles about Sigfox, Weightless, DASH7, NB-Fi etc. Fraunhofer is a research institute, holding some of the patents, which is quite relevant to the subject.
