Comment
They are 1 of the best marine attack forces comparable to the US seals because of their high skills and extreme training in all kinds of conditions. --Abhishek —Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.2.52.94 (talk • contribs)
i think Indian Navy operates in large area(Indian Ocean) it should have a seperate Marine Corps, that means Navy's own infantry, cavalry, artillery and other support elements, so it dose not depend on Army and can act quickly - Rowdy 16:53, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

Muffet
What is this Operation Muffet? I've tried my best to find it on the internet, but no answers. Anurag2k12 (talk) 19:48, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
- I do not know. But i did find 2 sources listing it as operations for the MARCOS, so i did not remove it. Please keep in mind that most of their operations are classified, and so its not surprising that reliable info/sources are not available. Anir1uph (talk) 06:10, 13 July 2012 (UTC)
Proposed merge with INS Karna
There is not much information available on this topic. This is a MARCOS base under Eastern Naval Command. Also, INS Abhimanyu which is another base for MARCOS does not have a page either and is mentioned in MARCOS itself. Adamgerber80 (talk) 03:38, 13 May 2017 (UTC)

unprofessional conduct
this page is not being maintained properly . and people dont know what to say on the discussion page , i admire what people would want to do or express an opinion but most times it is benificial to keeps ones mouth shut.
problem one Indian naval commandos will not be able to acquire Chinese weapons to use hence stating the type 56 rifle is in use with the Indian military is pointless and quite idiotic.i am going to remove that part from the equipment list.
