Some comments:
- The highway passes through communities like Adrian, where it intersects US Highway 223 (US 223)... - Does this mean the communities are similar in nature to Adrian?
- There was an unusual arrangement of one-way streets in downtown Adrian. - This seems a bit vague. When did the unusual arrangement exist, and what was unusual about it? The rest of the paragraph seems to be related, but I'm having a bit of trouble comprehending it.
Otherwise seems pretty good. I'm putting it on-hold so my above questions can be answered, but it could probably be passed as-is. Nice work overall. –Juliancolton | Talk 14:39, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
I did some copy-editing to the lead. The first was to add in two other community names since I like to have lists in threes for examples like that. The second was to rewrite the paragraph on the one-way streets, since I found buried at the bottom of the news article when they converted them to one-way traffic in the first place. Let me know if you have any suggestions on the rewrites, and thanks for the review. Imzadi 1979 → 19:34, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
