Where did they come from?

The article is clear that potatoes are part of the Columbian Exchange, and were introduced, possibly by Cook. Does that mean these varieties were cultivated in England at the time Cook left? Are they still cultivated there (or wherever Cook got them) as hierloom varieties? 219.88.232.196 (talk) 03:35, 6 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
