Lyoness Legal History
I suggest that Lyoness was fined as Pyramid Scheme in Italy http://www.agcm.it/media/comunicati-stampa/2019/1/Vendita-piramidale-e-promozione-ingannevole-sanzione-da-oltre-3-milioni-a-Lyoness
I suggest that the Lyoness legal history be separated by status of case and country that the case is most relevant too. Right now, it lacks organization. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Metaperl (talk • contribs) 16:49, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
Statement "The latest decision in Austria also declared that Lyoness is not classified as fraud or any illegal pyramid scheme by the Austrian Economic and Corruption Prosecutor ("WKStA")" is not correct, the verdict says Lyoness is not pyramid scheme as per 168aSgBT only. This first instance verdict had been appealed by WKStA so its not valid yet: http://www.pressreader.com/austria/der-standard/20151215/281986081502493/TextView.
Latets decision in Austria is appeal court verdict Lyoness is a pyramid scheme as per 2UWG and guilty of using deceptive practices:

- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. DannyS712 (talk) 17:31, 22 January 2019 (UTC)

"In January 2014, Italy’s Competition Authority (AGCM)" should be "In January 2019, Italy’s Competition Authority (AGCM) " Valeprog7 (talk) 23:38, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
A critic from Zurich was reported to have been sued for over 1 million CHF [...]
Doesn't this mean there was a lawsuit? The critic just received a "betreibung" according to the article. It's kind of like a reminder, but sent by a "betreibungsamt", an office for debt collection. (Also, the "betreibungsamt" uses the words schuldner (debtor), gläubiger (creditor) and zahlungsbefehl (order to pay), which all don't mean what they mean according to the dictionary.) Someone who receives a "betreibung" must object, otherwise the office will seize his stuff. If he objects, this won't happen.
