Declaration

[edit]

I have created this stub part of my work as Michigan Tech's WiR. Dr. King is a member of the faculty of Michigan Tech. CynMTU (talk) 17:09, 9 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Introduction Paragraph

[edit]

Added information about Brad King's current positions as CEO of both Orbion Space Technologies and Aerophysics. Heizee (talk) 04:44, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Removed last sentence of intro paragraph because it was mentioned elsewhere in the article under "Research Interests" and as his disciplines. Heizee (talk) 04:49, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Moved King's status of co-founder of Orbion to intro paragraph from the "Research Interests" category because it seems more applicable there. Heizee (talk) 05:00, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Research Interests

[edit]

Cited a source that was left out (that provides the info in the 1st sentence) and rephrased the first sentence because it was the exact same wording as the source I found. Heizee (talk) 03:48, 13 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of Tags

[edit]

I removed the tag "sounds like a resume" because I edited the wording to sound less like source material. Also, the tag itself seems a bit confusing since writing a page about a living person has to be factual and based off widely-available information on the internet. Also, the fact that he is an academic means that most of his achievements are going to be research-based which is what this page reflects. King's position as CEO of Orbion Space Technologies in the space propulsion industry is a unique aspect of his position as an academic though. Heizee (talk) 16:14, 13 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Removed "multiple tags" tag after removing the "sounds like a resume" tag because there is only one tag left. Heizee (talk) 16:17, 13 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Removed "paid contribution" tag after editing the tone and language to be less similar to source material. Also, I included a source to a biography page from Michigan Tech that was left off in previous versions edited by the paid contributor. Hopefully this suffices.
