Everything looks good on this through the first reading. Images, NPOV, and stability all check out. The only thing I'd say that there might be too many images. Sometimes more than one per section crowds the text. But it's a judgment call. I believe so; however, court records for the era are difficult to find. I'll keep looking.
Both of those are actual document titles, not merely descriptions; as such I believe they should be italicized.

OK, I'm fine with the italics. Based on the source, I'd say the "Supreme Court" in question is the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the "United States Court" is the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. If you make those changes, I'd say this article is ready to go. --Coemgenus (talk) 02:06, 4 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
