how can I get only the original topic that I type into the search? checking cat's skin disease and when I tap on the blue highlighted conditions it automatically sends me too the human condition not the cat conditions in the article not sure how to narrow this down correctly 2601:248:5281:C7A0:39D5:B8F0:1440:A097 (talk) 04:11, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
