This page uses Creidiki's personal experiences as a reference, not that i disagree (i have those same experiences), but is it alright to give your experience as a reference? I mean, does it go along with OR policy? If it's ok, i'd like to add some of my own experiences considering luha. For example, where i served my compulsory military service, luha was kept in the pocket of BDU (never in the mess kit), and was even told to be as the last fighting tool, after losing your rifle, or even worse, your puukko. It's the same thing as a spork (the English coinage) whatever its use by civilian campers or military personnel: some combination of a spoon (lusikka) and fork (haarukka) with or without the associated mess kit. Finnish conscripts in WWII defended their country from an active invasion led by Joseph Stalin and promptly went home within a couple of years after deciding they could slaughter and roast their own pigs without any more assistance than that from the Nazis. This article really doesn't need to exist. There's nothing informative here that is very well classified in this article and can't be moved or merged over to "Spork" or "Mess kit" and/or Finnish-language «Lusikkahaarukka» or other articles on military history. The word is spelled wrong. The word is a compound noun and it is properly spelled without the hyphen. TKB (talk) 18:52, 22 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
