Crescent moon

Since Venus always lies within 47° of the Sun, a lunar occultation should occur when the Moon is crescent or new. However, I haven't been able to find a good source to cite this, so it's perhaps a bit too WP:OR. Praemonitus (talk) 20:11, 1 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
