The above link is an example of alot of mischief. First off, a lot of information is deleted, even the key facts. Second, Bryan Mullens is not the father of Ludacris. His name is Wayne.

Opinion and Hearsay

The section that says "the industry's shady, it needs to be taken over" and how it may be an attack on Shady/Eminem is stupid. That line was actually taken from the Jay-Z song, "Izzo". Was Jay-Z attacking Shady/Eminem? It needs deletion? Anyone? He wasn't attacking Em. It was comfired sometime in '02 and besides, why would he diss someone on his album, in fact the ONLY guest appearance on his album. And Luda was just givin props to Jay

Misspelling

--I'd be curious about that too; it's a shame, because it's a fairly clever pun and people who can't spell 'ludicrous' in the first place won't get it since they think that's how the word is spelled. Where is roll out on his discography? And why is the line I got my twin GLOCK .40s, cocked back blured out. Why is cocked back blurred, what does it mean. How about 'GLOCK'. What does it mean?

And if you're going to be correct, it isn't a type of gun, it's a brand of firearm. A gun is a massive cannon that you find on warships. However, that it's blurred out is probably because Chris the college geek sounds totally "rediculis" claiming that he even knows why a university graduate suburban wine taster would even have anything to do with firearms. If he wasn't black he couldn't get away with it. And frankly, that the listener above doesn't even know what a Glock is, is exactly what I would expect from a Christopher Bridges fan. Acting Career

There's nothing about him as an actor though (except for the films he was in).

Ok, so tom cruise, Bono, Dave matthews, eminem, jessica beil, etc, actors and musicians respectively, dont have their ethnicities mentioned in the opening of their articles, why is it necessary to note that Ludacris is african american? If we're going to be consistent, should we start adding "white" or "causasian" to all the others, or just remove "african american" from this one? thoughts?

^^Minorities on wikipedia are generally noted as such. It is assumed that a person is caucasian if nothing is put there, that's why theres no need to do it.

That's exactly the problem. By writing as if white males are the default for society, one is reinforcing the assumption.

When it comes to hip hop or rap music, ethnicity of the artist does matter. For most celebrities, it doesn't really matter what their ethnicity is. I'm a little shocked eminem's ethnicity isn't mentioned, but I don't really think it is a massive issue that needs changing. Most celebrities have pictures anyways. I don't think it has much to do with what the writer perceived as "normal" especially since normal for rappers is African American.

Also, at the end of the "Red Light District" section, it begins to digress. That should be in a diff. section

I fixed all the "Luda" uses in this article. Obviously the whole article needs work from a serious editor before this will be anywhere near quality for a feature article. Charity

I heard that Ludacris is incredibly generous (particularly towards organizations that help underpriveledged children around Atlanta). I have also heard that the mayor of Atlanta declared a day "Ludacris Day" day for all of his philanthropy in the community. This is a "misspelling" as opposed to a "pun".

Disputes

In the disputes section, in the first sentence under Bill O'Reilly. "Furthering the Pepsi controversy..." Is it possible to get some clarification about this? It almost seems as though the whole Bill O'Reilly part depends on a missing section.

I agree, I was just reading this article and have no idea about any Pepsi controversy. It seems as though the article is referencing another one, entitled "Pepsi-Ludacris controversy", which I couldn't find.

This section seems incredibly bias. We need to keep this section neutral regardless of political feelings towards Bill OReilly and Ludacris. No reason is given why OReilly has a problem with Ludacris, just simply says doesn't like lyrics.

I think that every wikipedia article should include worldwide sells along with U.S. sells, because some articles include both and some don't and it gets fusturating looking for records sells to compare.

There is no information on Ludacris' new album "Theater of the Mind". There is plenty of imformation of rumored tracks on the internet so you should put it here.

I agree, but um you do know that ALL of the rumored tracks aren't even rumors, they're 100 percent fake. LOL I know for sure, dont ask me tho.
