Her birth certificate has been found on familysearch.org, and she was born in 1910. Her birth name was Ingeborg Ericksen. She apparently was named after her mother Ingeborg. She is listed on the 1920 Census as being "Ingeborg" too. Here is her birth certificate:

1910 Census, Lucille was not on it yet because she born a few months later. Therefore, 1909 is not her true birth year. Only Samuel, Ingeborg, and her brother, Marshall, are listed.
