Merge

While the AfD discussion for this topic ended in a "keep" decision, I feel there was substantial support for merging it with Internet-related prefixes in that discussion. I am being bold and going ahead and doing the merge, but I will point the interested participants in that discussion to this talk page and if anyone disagrees with my reasoning, feel free to revert it and generate some more discussion here.
