Rational for this redirect
[edit]As the usage of the terms "lower" and "higher" animals, organisms and so forth become less common, schoolchildren might actually be mystified by the term. If you don't believe me, look at Yahoo! Answers for a while, and you'll see mystified schoolchildren asking questions that do display that level of confusion.
