[edit]Not very well written. I'm changing it, but the opening statement was "The Love Israel cult was a cult" which seems a tad redundant. I don't see any sources either.--T. Anthony 12:49, 20 October 2005 (UTC)
Merge?
[edit]Given that Love Family is a stub, and much of this article is on the group rather than on Love Israel as an individual, I think a merger (or refactoring) would be in order. - Jmabel | Talk 08:08, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
- Yes.
- I nearly rented their last large acreage for an outdoor concert but they were way too interested in being involved in the actual event to the point it would have been interfering... SchmuckyTheCat 06:23, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
Church Council
[edit]I'm pretty sure that they were never a proper member of the Church Council of Greater Seattle. They had some sort of observer status. - Jmabel | Talk 08:10, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
Glossing over
[edit]I'm a little concerned that much of the criticism and "cult" information in the earlier edit has been removed. The current page makes it seem like Love Israel was nothing more than a happy-go-lucky commune, and reflects nothing of the rather significant public controversies the that make up the group's history. I suggest that what can be verified from previous versions be placed in a "Controversy" section. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.147.53.153 (talk) 16:12, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
http://www.freedomofmind.com/resourcecenter/groups/l/loveisrael/ http://www.rickross.com/groups/love_israel.html both will provide the info you seek; hard to really cite things since the group is so secretive —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.164.18.145 (talk) 09:27, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
