Draftified

[edit]

Moved to draft space as an article on an as yet unreleased film, per WP:NFILM, specifically (but not limited to) WP:NFF. Additionally, films that have already begun shooting, but have not yet been publicly released (theatres or video), should generally not have their own articles unless the production itself is notable per the notability guidelines.

Yes, there are references, but mostly trivial coverage, no WP:SIGCOV, and some of the references are poor quality - regurgitated press releases on platforms that require 20 or more clicks to reject so-called "legitimate interest" cookies. The film may well meet notability criteria after release, if it does well at the box office and/or is nominated for significant awards. BastunĖġáḍβáś₮ŭŃ! 15:11, 13 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have to agree with Bastun, as an unreleased film it doesn't meet WP:NFF. The production itself needs to be notable, not the production company as suggested on the author's talk page (notability isn't inherited). --John B123 (talk) 19:13, 13 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

C1K98V, your article was moved to Draft space for a reason (outlined above). Don't just move it back to main article space. It does not satisfy WP:NFF. As outlined above by John B123, notability isn't inherited - it doesn't matter that the production company has its own article. BastunĖġáḍβáś₮ŭŃ! 12:21, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If y'all think the article is non-notable, just AFD it, no point is move-warring back and forth from draftspace to articlespace. Sohom (talk) 13:47, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
