[edit]@MER-C I'm leaving the history undeleted as there seem to have been copyvio issues leading to your deletion, but restored the Talk. Let me know if there are any issues with that and I can re-delete. Article text is fresh, different editors so non issue there and didn't appear to be a subject matter issue.
