[edit]Contested: There is no mention of a Louis Strebler winning an olympic medal in any official documents. He is simply referred to as "ZB Strebler". (Others have tried to guess that his actual name was "Zenon", but that has not been verified, either.
Likewise, the social security administration does not have an entry for a Louis Strebler who died on the date specified in this article. In fact, they don't have an entry for a Louis Strebler ever dying in the United States.
Whoever got this information on "Louis Strebler", I'd be curious to see the proof.
