Under construction?
So far, the only source we have to confirm that this building is being constructed is this Korean one, which I'm not sure is that reliable. The Google translation into English can be found here. I cannot find any other sources that confirm its groundbreaking, and if the ground was broken four years ago, surely its Emporis page would say so. --timsdad (talk) 07:11, 18 November 2009 (UTC)

the two south korean "lottes" are tough to call, highly confusing to say the least. i don't think that this particular project is moving anywhere, i think the site will end up with the surrounding "shopping mall" or whatever it is supposed to be eventually, but so far (what, like 2-3 years now) there has definitely no supertall been going up. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.87.70.12 (talk) 03:53, 3 November 2011 (UTC)
