I've read through the article and decided to do this review; comments to be added shortly. RunningTiger123 (talk) 03:45, 25 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Overall:
Pass/Fail:

Here are my biggest issues with the article as a whole.

  • The lead is awful. It cites information that is not repeated in the body, and it has no clear structure. The lead should flow logically (generally matching the order of the sections in the body), and this article's lead doesn't do that. For instance, it shifts from airdates to reception back to airdates in the first three sentences; the flip-flopping is confusing, and the reception would make more sense later in the lead, similar to how the body is laid out.
  • Sourcing in the Cast section looks problematic. The first two-thirds or so of its first paragraph, and the final sentences of its third paragraph, appear to lack sources entirely.
  • The Reception section needs more information to meet WP:GACR #3a. Critical reviews are, in my opinion, a "main aspect" of discussing television shows, and this currently has no reviews listed.
  • I'm not a fan of the Featured character(s) column in the table. I know the other season articles have it (and that seasons 1-4 are all FLs, though they're older and probably not up to today's standards), but it veers dangerously close to OR in my opinion. Are there sources to back up any of this information?
  • The Home media release section is completely uncited.
  • Multiple other issues with WP:OR; for example:
    • "Sayid occupies the same position as Judas."
    • "Although these mysteries, among others, were left unresolved in the season, all three were answered or touched upon in the series epilogue, 'The New Man in Charge.'"
    • "however this did not become the case" (cited source is from before the season aired, so it can't be valid for this)
    • "preceded by a one-hour clip show, titled 'Lost: The Final Journey'"

This is going to require a lot of work, and these are far from the only issues I noticed. As a result, I'm afraid I'll have to fail this review.

I also noticed you haven't made any contributions to improve this article yet. I'll admit that my decision to fail was shaped by this; I don't think it would be fair to me (or to others waiting for GA reviews) to spend time identifying every issue in this article when you haven't bothered to do that yourself. I'd be more than happy to review the article again once you've worked through the issues above and cleaned up the article's prose and grammar. Feel free to reach out to me on my talk page if you have any questions about this. RunningTiger123 (talk) 04:52, 25 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
