I don't think this is notable as is. Perhaps the article could redirect to an article about section 165 of the us tax code since that seems to be be the gist of this article. Perhaps it could be merged with Income tax and gambling losses. ~ Killian441 (talk) 23:36, 7 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
