goal against Austria U-21

[edit]

According the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) website Ariaudo scored a goal for Itay U-21 in the friendly match against Austia. There is no discussion on that, because the FICG is the main reference for the national teams apps and goals.--87.17.228.142 (talk) 09:48, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, in the official website of the Federation we can also see that on the section about players, for Ariaudo they count one appearance and one goal with the U-21 squad.--79.32.228.14 (talk) 15:03, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

but we have two other sources including the Austrian Football Federation ( http://www.oefb.at/show_berichtdetail.php?ber_id=13173&fpid=413 ) that say that he didn't score at that game. Since it was friendly game, I think more relevant source is the hosting side (altho the hosting country was Germany) and the goal that the FIGC are giving to Ariaudo was in fact an own goal by Pürcher. Because of the fact that Ariaudo is an Italian player, I think we must consider the Italian Federation as the main reference for his international career apps and goals.--87.11.222.53 (talk) 16:47, 26 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
