[edit]I am of the opinion that this title should have a hyphen: Lord Justice-Clerk. David Lauder 20:44, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
All statutory references to the Lord Justice Clerk use the unhyphenated form, as does the Scottish Court Service website.--George Burgess 10:35, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- That is interesting as virtually every book reference I have consulted contains the hyphen. I will write to the Clerk of the Court of Session and ask what it should be. David Lauder 13:06, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- Why do some have the full date of their appointment and others not? The full dates are largely available right back into the early years. David Lauder 09:16, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
