New pics
[edit]Any chance of some photos of the aqueducts and reservoirs? I am sure they might be more interesting than a couple of stone walls. Or is there an aerial shot to show crop marks? Peterlewis (talk) 19:54, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
Possibly
[edit]Yes there will be as soon as I get a good digital camera. The crop marks can be seen through google earth, although mine isnt working right now, that being the reason the picture is not on the article. Geronimo57 (talk) 20:10, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
- But what about a picture of the dams and reservoir, or even the aqueducts? However, this article is now looking very good! Peterlewis (talk) 21:37, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- Like I said, as soon as I get a digital camera, and it will be soon, I will take the pictures myself and upload them, but as it is it the article will have to contend with just those pictures Geronimo57 (talk) 07:12, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
Thats great and I look forward to new pics. I have also added some more words about the military unit stationed at the fort. Peterlewis (talk) 10:50, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
Blanked images and page
[edit]Any reason for blanking your fine images? Peterlewis (talk) 18:19, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
I didn't, they were deleted due to copyright infringement. This was my first wiki article and I simply copied and pasted the pictures from a government website. Sometimes I wish wiki wasnt so uptight about its rules, its a county website for christsakes! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Geronimo57 (talk • contribs) 07:14, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
