Loners or Excelsior?
[edit]For some odd reason, Excelsior has been renamed into Loners on Marvel's site at http://marvel.com/universe/Loners . Does this affect Excelsior's entry in wiki? Sera404 02:18, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
Well, there's been some info from the San Diego ComicCon International; in which the Cup o' Joe Panel there revealed the names of some of Marvel upcoming titles and LONERS just happens to be one of those names....
And since the Excelsior's name was changed at the MARVEL UNIVERSE Section {within Teams Sub-Section} within Marvel.Com; until we hear more news in regards, maybe we should have a "Redirect" link for LONERS, just in case......Anybody agrees or disargee..?? --PaxHouse 17:58, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Yes, the title should be named, as the title has been officially announced as being called The Loners by Marvel. [[1]]172.195.135.83 05:08, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
Speaking of Loners, I don't recall the Wizard article stating for certain that the female Spidey will be Mattie Franklin, and have changed the "upcoming series" section to reflect it. I know what you're thinking--"who else could it be, with all the other heroic Spider-Women accounted for?"--but until it's stated for certain, it's just speculation, and should be presented as such. -- Pennyforth 06:14, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
Thanks to a Preview Page of LONERS #1, in which has been posted within TOM'S [BREVOORT] BLOG @ Marvel.Com [[2]]; The speculation about who Spider-Woman will be within the series is now over, meaning the info will be adjusted accordingly. PaxHouse 17:20, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
Moved
[edit]Moved to Loners comics as per consensus. --Basique 22:30, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
Recent updating
[edit]Basically changed and added the following....
Shifted the spoiler warning from the ending of the "True Believers" into the issues of the mini. Added Mattie/Spider-Woman to the "Attendees" and made Wilder/"Chamber" a "former Attendees". Changed the info within the Upcoming Series Section, unless anybody wants to deleted this instead.
PaxHouse 17:18, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
I thought trivia sections are frowned upon. Maybe the trivia section should be renamed "Cover Art" to avoid pointless facts. Hankosington 10:25, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
And speaking of covers....the corrections of the Third and Fourth Covers for LONERS has already been done about four times {by myself, since I've doubled checked the info concerning the switch}; so please.....no more of the 'Switching' for Issues #3 & #4, due to the former solicitations that were previous made from the past issues of MARVEL PREVIEWS ....
