Seems to be a bit of confusion between a coat of arms and a logo. All local authorities in England have both. The logo is used for most things like leaflets, signage, websites etc. and these change from time to time. They do not "replace" the coat of arms which are granted when the authority is formed and only replaced should the local authority become defunct and say merged with another. This coat of arms is still current [1] MRSC 07:44, 4 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Silly Error

[edit]

"London's Airport is located a few kilometers east in the Borough of Hillingdon." This is a ridiculous statement. Firstly, there is no such thing as "London's Airport". London has five airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, City, Luton and Stansted) none of which are called London's airport. The closest airport is Heathrow which is a few kilometres (not kilometer - that is American spelling) west and not east. Hillingdon is also west of Ealing and not East and contains a Royal Air Force base, RAF Northolt. RAF Northolt is technically an airbase, not an airport, though private charter planes do use it occasionally. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7F:C405:700:504B:1314:CE4C:EBC5 (talk) 12:37, 20 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
