The article is partial, ommits facts and is outtimed.
[edit]Researching the internet on News pages, and comments of other people (also on web pages), the info posted in this article has not the whole point of view, and it should be considered partial. It does not fit on a biographical article, it only states the work of Dolores Creel on CONACULTA, ommiting important facts. Here some links with more info:

Article from Vertigo, march 2004
An official announcement of the GPPRD (PRD Party on the Congress) about the criminal charges filed
This link from El Universal, contradicts the part on this article that says that the criminal charges were never filed. Yes, they were, but havent moved on:
Piden acción penal contra Dolores Creel - El Universal
Also states that the SFP (Secretaría de la Función Pública) took the decision to disable Dolores Creel Miranda for 10 years and a fine for over 1.6 millions MNX.
Dolores Creel Miranda did act wrong and outside the law.

The accusation and charges from the Mexican Government to the artist Dolores Creel had been totally repeal and dismiss by the administrative High Court of Mexico the 12 of August 2008. Dolores Creel is free of all legal charges. All the points that where claimed by the Mexican Goverment had been refuted by the juges of the High Court and where consider unfounded. The decision is written in 146 pages by the Federal Justice Court in Mexico and could be found in the file 11289/07-17-11-3. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.198.63.33 (talk) 03:33, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
