What could possibly go wrong?
[edit]So, the IRS only accepts id.me, the TSA Trusted Traveler Program only accepts login.gov, and Social Security accepts either.
And id.me provides Digital proof of COVID-19 vaccination and test results,[1] REAL ID (required to fly within the United States),[2] and patient identity for online healthcare portals and health records.[3]
Login.gov is owned and operated by the United States government. Id.me is a private company owned by some dude in Texas, used to be a a daily deals website, and is registered in Montenegro.
