[edit]he2sa: I think there should be a separate page for relocation relocation as it is a separate show with as much information about it if not more than location location location and although it is a spinoff so is torchwood and that has it's own page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by He2sa (talk • contribs) 16:57, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
- I agree - a new, twelve-part series of RRR began yesterday. F W Nietzsche (talk) 14:26, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
Could do with a section on criticisms of this show for fuelling the property bubble by pushing dodgy economics and the ideas that a) Rent is "dead money" and b) House prices always go up... Fig (talk) 14:13, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
Similarly to the argument for a separate page for Relocation, Relocation, perhaps there needs to be section for all of the spin off programmes. Obviously, "Relocation, Down Under" comes to mind first, but so too, does "Move to the Country", which although not part of the naming convention, features the same basic format and presenters. - There is not yet enough material to create a new article per WP:Summary style, and there are no sources, so it would be inappropriate and likely to be speedy deleted. The first thing to do is to source the article and build the section. When it grows large enough, and has appropriate sources then it can be split out. SilkTork *YES! 12:32, 15 March 2011 (UTC)
Panorama: Property - High Anxiety
[edit]I have deleted the following paragraph:
- Location, Location, Location has been criticised for ramping property prices, most recently by BBC Panorama (2 June 2008) which identified it as one of the property programmes which has contributed to the current property bubble.
due to a lack of any supporting evidence for either of its two accusations. If the original author wishes to return it to the page, he or she should be aware that indictments of that nature must have SOME corroboration.
Additionally this is a show that focuses on people moving home, not on property development, inflating prices or profiteering, and there is nothing to suggest that the Panorama episode in question (Season 56, Episode 22, 'Property - High Anxiety', first broadcast June 2, 2008) made any specific allegation and instead merely made mention of "TV property programmes".
Someone with an axe to grind? Not that there are any such people on Wikipedia of course ThwartedEfforts (talk) 22:52, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
Separate article
[edit]Re. the above comments suggesting there needs to be a separate article on "Relocation Relocation Relocation". If one goes to the category "Property buying programmes", one will see that "Relocation Relocation Relocation" is listed separately to "Location Location Location" there.
