May I suggest asking for a copyedit? It's an impressively long article, but is full of awkward sentences like "He, who wrote the narration with Jessica Grogan,[3] chose to show difficulty of life pre-aviation to make the film relatable." --GRuban (talk) 14:47, 11 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This article has a lot of problems, and I don't recommend that it gets to main page. Examples, from a scan of the first few paragraphs lists 50 countries individually, each one cited, and the article uses phrases like "with filming taking place in 18 countries across Earth's seven continents". Ceoil, As I stated, I am trying to fix the sentence by making a shorter version. The latter problem you brought up doesn't seem like a problem to me at all. You using pejoratives don't help the improving process at all. GeraldWL11:16, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I only skimmed the opening paras, and found endemic problems, which could be summed up as: excitable language, heroic padding. If you want to create a 94kb article on a trainspotter dioc, fine, but it ain't going on main page; who the hell is going to wade through and verify all that? Ceoil (talk) 11:20, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Ceoil, I fail to see how it is excitable language in any way. It's literally stating the film was filmed across all seven continents. Nothing POV about that, no nothing. But what confused me most is your use of inappropriate words, something I never do. It doesn't matter if the article is long, and I know plenty of editors who have no problem with long articles. Ceoil, you not wanting to discuss this civilly only makes me more confused. To update, I have shortened the countries list, but if it's still not to your liking, well, idk what else I can do to serve you. GeraldWL11:34, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
