Artwork

I have replaced the file at REMLiveOlympia2009.jpg with the actual artwork at R.E.M. - Live At The Olympia.jpg. I have also removed the picture of the album art placeholder (REMOlympiaCDMockup.jpg) as it is just a shot of the actual final artwork and not a mockup as previously thought.
