Jian Liu is wrong. The surname "Liu" goes first in Chinese and "Jian" (first name) goes second. So it is actually Liu Jian, not Jian Liu like you changed it too. If possible, can you change the name of the page back to what it was before?
Per WP:RECENTISM, the Han Dynasty noble probably has longer-term notability/prominence than the contemporary sportsman.
