Split into two?
[edit]This article deals with two matters: the NY neighborhood itself, and the 2010 documentary about it. Is that the best way of doing it? --Orland (talk) 08:05, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
- I think so too. Both are two different ideas, though Little Spain was completely forgotten before the filming of the documentary. My proposal is to mention the documentary as a side line in the present article, expanding information about the district, and creating a new one for the documentary. Of course this is only an idea, and the best is that an wp expert editor makes the decision. We could add one of the old pictures of 14th street. Thanks anyway, Orland. --Lolox76 (talk) 00:48, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
Too many links
[edit]This article has, IMHO way too many links; far more than what is needed to enlighten and verify the article. More than half should probably be deleted, but I can't say which to keep and which to delete. --Orland (talk) 08:05, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
- I don't know which policy does apply. I added some links just in case the notability of the subject was in doubt. As far as it is already verified, let's find the right way to select the most important references. --Lolox76 (talk) 00:45, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
- WP:EL, WP:CITE, WP:CITEKILL. For notability, see WP:NFILM or WP:N, just a couple of footnotes citing reliable sources with in-depth coverage is sufficient. No need to link to every single review. That is one thing best left to IMDB.--70.80.234.196 (talk) 01:37, 11 January 2011 (UTC)
