Is Literature written by Lithuanians in Latin or Ruthenian also Lithuanian literature? If not, how should we call it? Ther are a few examples Michalo Lituanus, Augustus Radvanus, Abraomas Kulvietis and so on.--Lokyz 19:23, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
- And how about literature written by Poles and in Polish, yet considered Lithuanian by modern Lithuanians? I guess the current header is too short. I'd expand it, but I bet my header would be reverted on sight, regardless of what I write. Any volunteers? //Halibutt 11:21, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
- That depends whom do you consider "Poles". Polish language does not necessary means Pole, since there is no need to project modern means to identify "nation" to the past, as they were different. But this would spark another lengthy discussion, and I do not have time for this right now, so I'll abstain.--Lokyz 13:14, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
