The medal count is a mess. The number of medals is counted per individual in Soviet times and per team for indepenent Lithuania. Either count all people who won a medal (and name the list List of medalists then) or correct it to separate sports (1 medal per basketbal team and so on). --Tone 15:02, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why is it said that right in the beginning that Alexander Eljasheva was NOTABLE olympian? I have never heard of him and google does not give any results.
