Number of fish
[edit]I think the estimate 3.5 trillion fish is too low, because the number of fish caught for food alone is between 1 and 3 trillion (http://fishcount.org.uk/fish-count-estimates/study-to-estimate-the-global-annual-numbers-of-fish-caught). In an article of mine (http://utilitarian-essays.com/one-trillion-fish.html), I estimate the oceanic population as ~13 trillion, and I think this is relatively conservative. -Brian Tomasik 05:58, 24 November 2013 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Brian Tomasik (talk • contribs) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.26.35.9 (talk) 16:35, 11 July 2016 (UTC)
