Notability
[edit]As per the lede this list is supposed to include only "notable" triplets. That would seem to imply that such entries should have an article. Several of those currently included do not. Should they be removed until such time as they do have an article? DerbyCountyinNZ (Talk Contribs) 23:16, 7 June 2012 (UTC)
- Further clarifying this: If they do not have an article then a citation is needed stating that they are in some way notable. Notability would include "first in country" (but not "first in state") or an international medical first or other superlative (e.g. tallest). Non-notable claims include appearing on a talk show or in a music video, uncredited television/film roles, being members of a non-notable music act, being the first in a country/state/region to graduate from high school/university etc, being the oldest living (an article listing the oldest ever might pass WP:N). A famous person (i.e. one who has a wiki article) who is one of a set of triplets does not make the triplets notable.
- If there is no dissent to this then those entries that appear to lack sufficient notability will be removed. DerbyCountyinNZ (Talk Contribs) 21:58, 1 January 2017 (UTC)
