Position 52 (as of 21 January 2018)
[edit]Isn't 273 > 272, i.e. ...273 is position 52, and ...272 is position 53? Xakepxakep (talk) 00:19, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
A woman that is still alive
[edit]A Russian woman named Koku Istambulova, born in 1889, is still alive[1][2][3]. Why isn't she on this list? Glen Horo (talk) 12:38, 10 September 2018 (UTC)
- Longevity claims is the right place for her, and she is already there. --Marbe166 (talk) 12:43, 10 September 2018 (UTC)
- What place? Glen Horo (talk) 12:49, 10 September 2018 (UTC)
Why is 7 Maria Vikentyevna Kononovich[8] F 27 May 1904 114 years, 108 days Belarus not included in the List of the verified oldest women. The List of oldest living people says explicitly: This is a list of the 100 oldest people who have been verified to be alive within the last year and whose death has not been reported by a reliable source? Xakepxakep (talk) 19:26, 12 September 2018 (UTC)
- As stated at the top of this article: "This article is about specific female supercentenarian claims validated by modern standards". Kononovich has not been validated according to those standards. The criteria for List of oldest living people is different. DerbyCountyinNZ (Talk Contribs) 00:25, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
