Best way to organise this list?

Make this article "List of sugar mills in Australia"?

Almost all the sugar mills of Australia are in Qld. There appear to be 3 in Northern NSW and it seems a bit silly to have a list article just for the three of them. Any objections? Kerry (talk) 01:47, 27 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
